Certification Program Design

Engaging Veris to design and implement your certification program can enhance the value, efficiency and effectiveness of the program. The comprehensive design phase must assess the goals of the certification program, including how, when and why members will use the credentials once they are earned.

The information requested from the participants and the process for verifying that information must be clearly defined.

• Veris reviews existing documentation and procedures that may be relevant to the program.
• We propose enhancements. If no documentation exists, Veris draws on its experience to draft clear, comprehensive documentation and procedures.
• We gather input and feedback from each party involved in the certification program including certification candidates, the membership organization and any other parties.
• Veris considers all input and work with the membership organization to produce the final program design and implement the program. As appropriate, Veris may suggest conducting an audit to monitor the certification processes.
