Unfortunately, there are no silver bullets or panaceas that will magically eliminate today's volatility. What we do have at our disposal, however, is the willingness to make hard choices and the commitment to pursue huge opportunities. We can tap into our judgment, creativity, foresight and passion. In other words, we can fully embrace the responsibilities that come with leadership during turbulent times, and begin the challenging but necessary work of building a more vibrant future for our organizations.

This session--led by the association community's leading voice for innovation--won't insult your intelligence by suggesting that there are easy answers to complex challenges. Instead, you will engage with your association colleagues in exploring what it will take to move forward in the face of on-going paradigm shift.

This is a fun, casual environment where you can meet new people and learn at the same time! And the conversations won't end at the door. Additional Swaps are scheduled monthly throughout the year.
