Lauren provides forensic accounting and litigation consulting services primarily to the insurance, real estate, and utility industries. She provides economic damages analysis, deposition assistance, preparation of the expert report, rebuttal of opposing experts’ reports, and trial assistance. She has also performed outsourced internal audit work, including Section 404 compliance, and other outsourced accounting services.

Her recent experience includes evaluation of economic damages resulting from an alleged breach of contract between multiple nuclear utilities and the United States Department of Energy, assisting an automobile auction company in a lease dispute involving a going-private transaction (including recalculation of financial covenants and appropriate application of generally accepted accounting principles), and assessment of economic damages resulting from a Hurricane Katrina related insurance dispute involving increased construction costs.

Lauren received her B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at The University of Virginia.
