Veris Consulting, LLC has announced the establishment of Veris Consulting (Bermuda) Limited, which will provide a wide range of consulting services, particularly to the many exempt insurance and reinsurance companies domiciled on the island.  These services will include forensic accounting, litigation support, internal audit and reinsurance consultation.

Veris Bermuda was incorporated in Bermuda in July of 2008 and recently obtained a license under section 129A of the Companies Act to carry on business in Bermuda.  Veris' goal is to develop their presence in Bermuda and establish relationships with local professionals to provide a foundation for a permanent resource to the Bermuda community.
