Noeleen Doelger, CPA is a managing director in Veris’ Red Bank, NJ office.

Noeleen provides auditing, accounting, and financial reporting expertise to a wide variety of clients with a specific focus on the financial services industry.

Noeleen’s recent experience includes assisting counsel in the evaluation of auditors’ liability as well as assisting several companies in assessing their accounting policies with respect to finite reinsurance and their practices in selling these products to others in response to ongoing regulatory inquiries.

Noeleen also directs Veris’ internal audit outsourcing practice which provides risk-based internal audit services to clients and consults on risk identification and management, process design, and internal controls. With over 18 years of experience, Noeleen has served a wide variety of financial services companies including a student loan services provider, property and casualty insurance, financial guarantee insurance, reinsurance, and life insurance and has experience with public offerings, SEC reporting, and regulatory filings.

Prior to joining Veris, Noeleen was a partner with KPMG where she managed and led the insurance industry segment of that firm’s northeast internal audit service practice. Noeleen was recently a member of the AICPA task force that updated the AICPA’s 2007 Audit and Accounting Guide for Property and Liability Insurance Companies. Noeleen holds a B.S. in accounting from St. Peter’s College.
