Wes has more than 11 years of experience providing outsourced accounting and CFO services as well as a full range of business advisory and consulting services to tax exempt clients. His responsibilities include the management and preparation of financial statements, analysis of financial statement variances, compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, financial projections and cash management, federal and non-federal grant reporting and compliance, budgeting and tax compliance and planning for unrelated business income tax. Review of internal controls as they relate to accounting functions and the evaluation, design and implementation of accounting & investment policies and procedures. He frequently presents to or works with Boards and/or committees on various issues related to tax exempt organizations. He has also assisted clients in the streamlining of business operations, audit and tax processes, as well as the selection, installation, implementation and training of a variety of accounting software.

Wes received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University. He serves on the board of directors of the Finance Administration Roundtable (FAR) where he serves in the role of Vice Chair. He is also a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and Greater Washington Society of CPAs (GWSCPA).
