Professional Bio

Susan joined Veris in 1996 and is responsible for managing large and complex statistical surveys for major trade associations. She works closely with Veris’ programmers in order to produce effective, in-depth, value added and cost-effective products and maintains communication with clients and staff to assure the timeliness and quality of each project.

Prior to Veris, Susan spent four years at the Chemical Manufacturers Association (now the American Chemistry Council). While at ACC, Susan worked in the associations President’s office for the Director of Member Relations and Corporate Secretary. She was responsible for integrating new members into the association’s structure, processing applications and working with prospective members.

Susan graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Arts, Communication Studies.
