Arturo Caraballo
PresidentArturo works with the CEO and other members of upper management to develop, coordinate and implement the firm’s strategic plans, including acquisitions of additional capability, geographic expansion, strategic alliances and other major corporate actions. He oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and serves as Chairman of the firm’s Executive Committee. He also acts as legal counsel to the firm on a wide variety of contractual, regulatory, corporate, litigation and risk management matters.
Prior to joining Veris, Arturo was a partner in the Washington, DC office of Arnold & Porter LLP. He has significant experience advising sovereign and private sector clients in connection with a broad array of financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulatory, and general corporate matters. Arturo holds a B.S. degree from Tulane University and Juris Doctorate from Tulane Law School. He is admitted to the Florida, District of Columbia and Virginia Bars and is a member the American Bar Association and of the Hispanic Bar Association of the District of Columbia. Arturo is fluent in Spanish.
