Amy provides forensic accounting services and litigation consulting services, including auditor malpractice, corporate investigation, financial statement analysis and economic damages calculation. She assists counsel in all aspects of litigation and arbitration proceedings including document review and discovery, preparation of expert reports and deposition and trial assistance.

Amy has extensive experience in auditing, internal controls, forensic accounting and litigation consulting services. She has led and participated in engagements involving employee and executive fraud and defalcation, asset misappropriation, bribery and corruption, accounting record reconstruction, improper payments and other issues related to the interpretation and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. In addition, Amy has participated in a variety of other matters including breach of contract disputes, auditor malpractice disputes and royalty disputes.

Amy has worked with clients across a range of industries, including financial services, energy, consumer products, manufacturing, healthcare and the nonprofit and public sectors.  Amy has also participated in audit engagements and engagements to evaluate and enhance the internal controls structure of companies under Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Amy joined Veris after nearly ten years with Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP where she provided forensic and dispute consulting services to clients in both the public and private sector. Early in her career, Amy provided audit services to financial services clients at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Amy is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. She graduated, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and minors in Economics and Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware.
