Panel topics include discussions of future trends in Long Term Care, Covered Agreements, Risk-Based Financial Analysis, state Healthcare Co-Ops and recovery efforts, NAIC regulatory update, the future of private flood insurance and much more.

Tullier is a current IAIR Board member, and Avery, a former IAIR Board member, also remains active with IAIR.  The pair most recently represented Veris at the IAIR Issues Forum, held in conjunction with NAIC meetings, where they joined other attendees from the insurance receivership community including regulators, receivers and attorneys.  To learn more about the 2018 IAIR Insurance Resolution Workshop, please visit
